The Fluent14 app is under development. The in-app options above describe how the app is being built; until launch, email is the way to make any request.
1. Make a request by email
Write to privacy@fluent14.com from the email address linked to your account (or the one you used to contact us), and tell us:
- what you'd like — access, correction, export, erasure, account deletion, withdrawal of consent, or nomination;
- how you sign in (Google, email code or Telegram), so we can find your account;
- anything else that helps us understand your request.
You can write in English or Hindi. There is no fee.
2. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
- Access (s.11): a summary of the personal data we process about you, the processing activities, and the identities of other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors we've shared it with, with a description of what was shared.
- Correction and erasure (s.12): correct inaccurate data, complete or update it, and erase data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for.
- Grievance redressal (s.13): a response from our Grievance Officer within the time limits set by law.
- Nomination (s.14): nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable.
- Withdraw consent (s.6(4)): as easily as you gave it.
Parents and guardians: if the learner is under 18, the parent or lawful guardian who gave consent can make any of these requests on the learner's behalf, including deleting the account.
3. Verification
To protect your account, we only act on requests we can link to you — usually by replying to the email on the account or asking you to confirm in the app. We'll never ask for your password, Aadhaar or bank details.

5. Nominating someone
Email us with the name and contact details of the person you want to nominate and their relationship to you. If you die or become unable to manage your account, they can contact us with proof (for example, a death certificate or a medical certificate) to exercise your rights — including deleting your account.
6. If you're not satisfied
Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@phpdev.in. If you're still not satisfied after our grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. See our full Privacy policy.
