Stop translating.Start speaking.

Fluent14 is a 14-day, speaking-first English program built for Hindi speakers. See a sentence in Hindi — “मैं कल ऑफिस गया था” — say it in English, get corrected instantly, and practise every mistake until it's gone.

Sound familiar?

You know English. Speaking it is the hard part.

Most Hindi speakers learned English grammar in school. What's missing is practice — speaking out loud, getting corrected, and fixing the same mistakes for good.

I think in Hindi, translate in my head, then speak. By then the moment's gone.

Fluent14 trains you to answer quickly, with a speaking timer and your response time tracked.

I keep making the same mistakes — “a” and “the”, tenses, prepositions.

Every mistake goes into your personal mistake bank and comes back until you've mastered it.

Nobody corrects me, so I don't even know what I'm saying wrong.

Every answer gets instant feedback: the correct sentence, what changed, and the rule — in simple Hinglish.

One drill, four steps

Practice that feels like a conversation, not a textbook.

See it in Hindi

A real-life sentence appears in Hindi, matched to your level and goal.

मैंने पिछले साल अपनी डिग्री पूरी की।

Say it in English

Tap the mic and speak, against a gentle timer. One re-record allowed.

“I complete my degree last year.”

Get corrected instantly

See the correct version, what changed, the mistake type and the rule.

I completed my degree last year.

Type it right

Type the correct sentence yourself, so it sticks — then it joins your mistake bank.

Your pace, your goal

Choose how many minutes you can give each day. Fluent14 shows an estimated finish range for your goal and updates it as you practise.

The mistake bank

Your mistakes come back — until they don't.

Fluent14 saves every mistake and brings it back after 1, 3 and 7 days — with new sentences that use the same pattern. It's called spaced retrieval practice, and it's one of the best-researched ways to remember.

Proof, not promises

Hear your own progress: Day 1 vs Day 14.

On Day 1 you record yourself speaking freely for 30 seconds. On Day 14 you do it again. Your report puts both recordings side by side with your mistake rate, pauses and response time — so you can hear the change, not just read about it.

  • Placement test — 5–7 minutes to find your level and top 3 weak areas.
  • Day 7 checkpoint — a mid-way test and recording.
  • Shareable report — save it as an image if you want to share it.
